1) 糖粉(icing sugar)-180g
2) 糕粉(koh fen) - 240g
3) 白油(lelemak sayuran) - 60g
4) 水(water) - 350ml
5) 翡翠莲蓉(pandan lotus paste) - 1kg
6) 瓜子-适量
做法:-
1) 糕粉+糖粉拌均,然后加水,揉成面团。
2)加入白油揉至有弹性。
3)加入少许色素。(可加香叶味的绿色素)
4)把面团压成薄皮后,压出直径8cm的圆形。
5)取出翡翠莲蓉各25g, 然后加入瓜子搓成圆形。
6) 把搓好的莲蓉放入薄皮然后包起,再放入模型中。
小贴士:-加少许糕粉在模型里就不会粘住咯。
