Homemade Muffins

250g Margerine
240g castor sugar
5 medium eggs
500g plain flour
2 tbsp baking powder
250ml milk

 Cream margerine and castor sugar until light & fluffy. Add eggs gradully.

Fold in sifted plain flour & baking powder. Pour in milk & mix gently. 
(Note: too much mixing will make the mixture tough)
fill the mixture into the muffin trays. If desired, decorate with almond flakes or chocolate chips.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes with 200C.
