OPENING CEREMONY FOR IN’HEALTH & BEAUTE EXPO 2010

It is said that ‘a thing of beauty is a joy forever’. Where there is health there is beauty and where there is beauty there is health. No one can deny that a powerful link exists between health and beauty.

In spite of development and global progress, health issues are matters of serious concern not only for individuals, but also for communities and countries all over the world. Malaysia is no exception. However, education, knowledge and awareness are key issues that play a key role in preventing many of these diseases. It is with this objective in mind, that the MINES Event Management Sdn Bhd (MEM) is organizing its first “In’ HEALTH & BEAUTE EXPO” from 02 July – 04 July 2010, between 11.00 am and 9 pm at the Malaysia International Exhibition & Convention Centre, MIECC, MINES Resort City.

melaka short trip

去马六甲探望大姨。希望他健健康康。。

我们也去了一些地方吃地道美食。。 

 uncle很开心的刨冰，让我拍下这一幕。他还叫我standby,他一开始刨冰就拍。。哈哈。。

 这是一家比较老的店，他的cendol超好吃，可能是马六甲的椰糖。。赞！

过后，就去吃satay celup

这次没和表妹拍到照片，他就快来吉隆坡读书咯。。

到时，可能就会有更多的机会见面。

yesterday went to pasar malam to buy some vege and some ingredient for popiah..

this weekend is free and do some popiah..

sushi king member day

today is sushi king member's day, from 12/4-14/4.

Kit Yeng already promise to go with me this week coz she also like to eat sushi.

then i go there wit kit yeng, queue up a while then is our turn.

but we need to wait another colleague only can sit in.

after another 10 mins, they reach here and we go in lo..

this is all finished by us...

so happy to have lunch with u all..

越光宝盒just another pandora's box~24.3.2010

今天和赖先生看了这部戏。。
很搞笑的一部戏，但却有些粗口。。

mixed berry mask 复合莓果面膜

casey刚从台湾回来，也给我带来了这个我的美丽日记面膜。

感觉蛮好的。。谢谢你咯，Casey。。

在夜市也有看到这个一模一样的牌子，但也不懂是不是冒牌。。

还是在pharmacy买比较安全，虽然比较贵。

在台湾买一盒才RM20，一盒有十片。。

保养品

这个月买了些保养品，全都是汉尼选的，除了白凤丸。。

这个小瓶的燕窝好方便，不用炖，放进冰箱里，要吃时就能吃了。

花旗泡参也是很方便，只需加入热水，等十分钟就能喝了。

天香回味

本来和同事们约好去putrajaya乘hot air balloon,可是到最后尽然只有四个人去。

我也没去了，汉尼就说去天香回味吃火锅。

汤底蛮特别，采用了64多种材料熬成。。

外婆自制的腊肠

自小就很喜欢吃腊肠。。

更爱外婆做的腊肠。。

那天到外婆家，看到外婆晒着腊肠，就跟外婆说我要拍，

然后外婆还很搞笑咯，说排的不整齐，等他排一排。

然后就拍了这张照片。。

外婆也很开心，因为他知道我要post上部落哦。。

传统鸡蛋糕

今天心血来潮想做做鸡蛋糕。

买了材料，放工了就立刻开工。

参考了jane的食谱。谢谢jane。。

 

一碗糖+一碗鸡蛋达成发起。这次没有用机器的。全是传统的做法。

 

 将打发的糖+蛋，加入筛过的面粉一碗（面粉加一小匙发粉）。

到入盘里，画上小花。。

拿去蒸咯。要蒸40 分钟。

花纹有点走样了。。呵呵。。

表面还可以吧。。

有同感的一天～宝香绑线肉骨茶08.02.2010

今天尽然和汉尼有同感，就是去吃宝香绑线肉骨茶为早餐。

可是因为某某原因，早餐变了午餐。

其实我无所谓，汉尼还说先载我去吃,可是看见他那么忙,哪有心情吃呢？

所以就陪他完成他的事，然后才去咯。

因为太迟了，整只骨的都卖完了。所以选来这个。。。

这是上回吃的。。。

好喜欢肉骨茶的味道。。。

2010 cny biscuit

今年做了两种过年饼～花生饼和炸蟹柳。

花生饼和yy一人一斤粉。共做了四桶半。

用了十包yoki brand的蟹柳，可做成5桶。

今天未来大嫂casey终于抽到时间约我去来了。放工了就去the gardens找他。

我们去fong lye restaurant 吃台湾料理。
