冰皮月饼食谱

1) 糖粉(icing sugar)-180g
2) 糕粉(koh fen) - 240g
3) 白油(lelemak sayuran) - 60g
4) 水(water) - 350ml
5) 翡翠莲蓉(pandan lotus paste) - 1kg
6) 瓜子-适量

做法:-
1) 糕粉+糖粉拌均,然后加水,揉成面团。
2)加入白油揉至有弹性。
3)加入少许色素。(可加香叶味的绿色素)
4)把面团压成薄皮后,压出直径8cm的圆形。
5)取出翡翠莲蓉各25g, 然后加入瓜子搓成圆形。
6) 把搓好的莲蓉放入薄皮然后包起,再放入模型中。

小贴士:-加少许糕粉在模型里就不会粘住咯。

  6. sorry for late reply.. the water may add less than 350ml, depend. just put in fridge will do.

  7. Hi,is your mooncake consider mini one? If your paste is 25g, what about skin weight?
